1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any vehicle or service provided by Electric Vegas Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.
2. Eligibility & Driver Requirements
All renters must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid government-issued driver's license. A valid credit card in the renter's name is required at the time of pickup. Electric Vegas Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears impaired or unable to safely operate a vehicle.
3. Reservations & Payments
All reservations are processed through FareHarbor. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Your booking confirmation serves as your receipt.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. In the event Electric Vegas Rentals must cancel your booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
5. Vehicle Use & Restrictions
Vehicles must be operated in a safe and lawful manner at all times. Renters are responsible for obeying all local traffic laws. Vehicles may not be used off-road, on highways, or outside of the designated rental area unless explicitly authorized. Smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol in or near the vehicles is strictly prohibited.
6. Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the rental period, including but not limited to collisions, scratches, and mechanical damage caused by misuse. Electric Vegas Rentals is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the rental period. Renters are encouraged to carry their own personal liability insurance.
7. Safety & Helmets
Helmets and safety equipment are provided where required by law. Renters are responsible for wearing all provided safety equipment. Electric Vegas Rentals is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to use provided safety equipment.
8. Late Returns
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may be subject to additional hourly charges. Please contact us immediately at (702) 337-3555 if you anticipate being late.
9. Included Perks
Comedy Show Tickets and other included perks are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at the discretion of Electric Vegas Rentals. Included perks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds.
10. Modifications to Terms
Electric Vegas Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
